What I'm Doing Now

A regularly updated log of what I'm currently focused on. More stable than a twitter feed, and less permanent than the about page.

Current Projects

  • Xsavo

The umbrella brand and hub for my portfolio of agent-native products. The main marketing site and discovery portal are live at xsavo.com, designed to be fully navigable by AI agents via WebMCP, agent skill manifests, and markdown negotiation.

  • Turbine

The private monorepo and build platform backing all Xsavo operations. It manages shared platform packages and builds dual-delivery (SaaS and self-hosted) outputs. I've documented the platform's development and architecture in Building FactoryOS in Week 1 and the subsequent pivot in From FactoryOS to Turbine.

  • Beacon

Launching Beacon, the first product built on the Turbine platform. It is an agent-native messaging infrastructure (covering SMS, OTP, and contact threading) that exposes a first-class Model Context Protocol (MCP) server alongside its REST API, allowing AI agents to drive it directly using tools and prompts.

Currently Reading

  • You Like It Darker by Stephen King

A collection of dark, suspenseful, and chilling short stories that delve into the supernatural, human nature, and the macabre. You can track my reading progress on Goodreads. Got any good book recommendations? Hit me up on X or Telegram.

Keen to Discuss

  • Business software & automation

I'm interested in discussing business software, and business software automation using Large Language Models.

  • Home servers & homelabbing

I'm interested in discussing home servers, homelabbing, Docker, self-hosting services (like Jellyfin and Immich), and running local AI agents on personal hardware.
